Listening: Kyuss - Demon Cleaner. Smooth and yet
still gritty as fuck, this music still smells like pot to me. In the
early 90's while grunge bands were covering the world with a thick haze
of slime which seeped forward from Seattle, these boys were out in the
desert making a more psychedelic tinged stoner rock. Totally
non-conformant (in a non-hipster way) and some of the grooviest heavy metal out there, I can't
fault Kyuss. Plus, they will never reform as the lead singer has stated
that he wouldn't ever want to cheapen the music by "rubbing [his] dick
on it."
Watching: Game of thrones online. So fuckin' cool man. ;)
Reading: Actually, re-reading 'The Black Tulip' by Alexandre Dumas. Part historical fantasty, part romance, part suspense thriller and part fucking awesome! Dumas is a master of narrative, and regularly interacts with his audience in a way which never breaks the mood.
Wearing: My old jeans, which 'the girl' (as she has requested she be referred to) made just a wee bit custom for me. Of course, the knees are still ripped to shit though...
Wanting: It fucking ALL! Give me the world.

Snapshot: Listening, Watching, Reading, Wearing, Wanting
Listening: to Guns and Guitars by Matt Mason. Mean country beat and some killer lyrics, "can't say no cause they driven crazy by those soul singin', bullet flingin' men that won't mind the stars."
Watching: Tupac, Resurrection. This is the deepest thing i've seen in a long time and totally worth watching. The realest rapper in the world who narrates his own entire life. It's a pretty heavy watch and brings a lot of social issues into my mind. Hated by the general public for his violent lyrics but totally unapologetic and absolutely a product of society, Tupac is basically my hero. (This from some skinny, white boy) Despite being a total thug, Tupac Shakur was a genuinely intellegent guy and read the works of Sun Tzu and Niccolo Machiavelli.
Reading: My text books for the Health Sci course... its just homework.
Wearing: My scarf and thinking how much I will be thankful for it when it actually is Winter.
Wanting: To make a human connection, honestly. Also that I could get off my ass to hit up the gym.

Snapshot: Listening, Watching, Reading, Wearing, Wanting
Listening: To 'who's got the herb' by Sublime. Its got a real mellow beat and the classic wavering 311 sound.
Watching: All the new episodes of South Park on Comedy Central. So F**king funny man.. I just saw the one where all the guys in town go metro because of 'Queer eye for the Straight guy'. "Crab people!"
Reading: 'The Wasps' by Aristophanies. Its for my classics exam, but some bits are pretty funny ay.
Wearing: My pajama pants, our highschool leavers jersy and a woolen hat. So warm.
Wanting: Pizza... and a drink. And some chips. And some skittles.... And some more bud. :'(

Snapshot: Listening, Watching, Reading, Wearing, Wanting
Listening: To My 'Summer Jams' Playlist which includes some of my favourites such as the RHCP's and Sublime, which as we all know are exactly that. Plus a little Blink 182 for flavour, and lets be honest, a day this nice deserves it.
Watching: My brother play Call of Duty:Black Ops on PS3. We've been gaming non-stop for the last 2 days straight and are now winning on the hardest difficulty. Its kinda sad, but also kinda AMAZING!
Reading: I just finished reading 'The Black Tulip' by Alexandre Dumas. So well written to tie in with actual historic events. Parts of it are like poetry. Dumas really knew how to describe emotions in a way which shows a deep understanding of the human condition.
Wearing: My jean-shorts, a white military-ish shirt and white socks. I really know how to accessorise.
Wanting: The last of my cold to politely fuck off. I'm feeling so much better today and may even go to school tomorrow. Painkillers are God.
