Snapshot: Listening, Watching, Reading, Wearing, Wanting

Listening: To My 'Summer Jams' Playlist which includes some of my favourites such as the RHCP's and Sublime, which as we all know are exactly that. Plus a little Blink 182 for flavour, and lets be honest, a day this nice deserves it.

Watching: My brother play Call of Duty:Black Ops on PS3. We've been gaming non-stop for the last 2 days straight and are now winning on the hardest difficulty. Its kinda sad, but also kinda AMAZING!

Reading: I just finished reading 'The Black Tulip' by Alexandre Dumas. So well written to tie in with actual historic events. Parts of it are like poetry. Dumas really knew how to describe emotions in a way which shows a deep understanding of the human condition.

Wearing: My jean-shorts, a white military-ish shirt and white socks. I really know how to accessorise.

Wanting: The last of my cold to politely fuck off. I'm feeling so much better today and may even go to school tomorrow. Painkillers are God.

Sublime: These guys LIVED Summer.

Its Dumb but I'm Sorta Spooked...

Ok so you may not have heard of him but at the moment the 'moonman' Ken Ring is kind of a big deal over here. He's a 'lunar scientist', which i don't think is an official occupation, who has predicted an increased probability for a big earthquake on the 20th. He claims that this is due to the pressure the moon is exerting upon the earth at this time. Some call him crazy and others call him nuts. But still the people are running scared and obviously believe enough to get to a safe distance just in case. Even people on the West Coast are taking the day off work to stay home. "JUST IN CASE".

I just found this cool website devoted to Evil. I thought It was kinda cool so I used their Evil Plan Generator to mastermind the following Plot...

Intellectually Speaking...

What could be a better life to live than to earn a living from your own mind? It requires the use of no physical materials, can supply enough money to live comfortably, can be done by only a small percentage of people (It seems like almost nobody spends much time thinking these days) and results only in personal growth and that of others. I was scoping out wikipedia today as often I do and noted that among other things Che Guevara is described as an 'Intellectual'. This is a title I dream of earning one day.

It's been almost 4 months since Jos died and it's just as bad as it was at the start. I sat down tonight to play COD4 on PS3 but had to stop because I constantly remember playing it with him over and over again. It's my favourite game of all time and i can't even play it anymore. Its not just when i'm alone either. In fact it would feel so wrong to play it with any of my other friends now, I actually cringe internally at the idea.

I'm so fucking tore up inside.

The Call of the Zombie

Fuck RZ is amazing. I want to be just like him when i grow up. He's super cool, mega smart and ultra creative. This dude is a total visionary and I just want to know, why don't we worship him?
